What is Family Constellations?<\/h2><\/div>\n\n

Family Constellations is a profound healing modality that has transformed my life, and my heart\u2019s desire is to share this powerful work with others. It offers a way to address systemic, ancestral, and family-related blocks and challenges that can manifest in an individual\u2019s life. This approach can help resolve issues in relationships, career, health, finances, self-confidence, and other aspects of life.<\/p>\n\n

The foundation of this work lies in the understanding that we are deeply interconnected with our family of origin and our ancestors, and these connections have a significant impact on us, often in ways we may not be consciously aware of.<\/p>\n\n

Family Constellations was developed by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger, who drew inspiration from his time living with the Zulu people in South Africa, where the roots of this method originate. This modality is typically practiced in groups, but it can also be done privately, using figures to represent family members and dynamics.<\/p>\n\n

Group Workshops<\/h2><\/div>\n\n

My group workshops consist of different meditation, exercises and working with individual people constellations when group participates, supports and represents. I do not choose people who will do a constellation beforehand, everyone who comes to the workshop has a chance of doing a constellation and I choose intuitively at the time. It is important to note that this work can change and transform not just when you do your own constellation but also when you participate in someones constellation, being in holding circle or being chosen as a representative. All people who participate in the workshop gain what they need at the time.<\/p>\n\n

Private Individual Sessions<\/h2>\n\n

Family Constellations can also be done privately without a group or with a group online. <\/p>\n\n

I offer individual private sessions that I do with figures, That would involve just me and the participant either in person or online. <\/p>\n\n

Another option is to have an online group session with people that I invite from constellation community, they would be there for online session to support and represent for your session.Session is usually an hour-an hour and a half. These two options can be planned ahead choosing a suitable time.<\/p>\n\n
