FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS WORKSHOP | EAST CLARE
FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS WORKSHOP | EAST CLARE
Sunday, November 8 | 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Glendree, East Clare
Warm autumn greetings!
After the autumn equinox, nature moves deeper into autumn. The days grow shorter, and we are invited to slow down, turn inward, and connect more deeply with ourselves.
I find this a beautiful time for reflection, healing, and transformation.
I warmly invite you to join me for a Family Constellations Workshop in the beautiful countryside of East Clare.
ABOUT FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS
Family Constellations is a powerful approach that can help us explore the blocks and patterns in our lives and move closer towards the life we long for.
Developed by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger, this work explores how unresolved experiences, hidden loyalties, and entanglements within our family systems may influence our relationships, emotions, and life choices.
Through constellation work, we have an opportunity to bring awareness to these patterns, gain new perspectives, and open ourselves to greater freedom, compassion, and connection.
“Constellations succeed by diminishing the unconscious impulses that drive destructive behaviors. In a heartbeat, the pattern is released, opening the heart to reverence for life and compassion for others.”
— Dan Cohen, I Carry Your Heart in My Heart: Family Constellations in Prisons (2009), pp. 18–19.
ABOUT ME
Family Constellations have profoundly transformed my own life, and I feel deeply passionate about sharing this work with others.
I have trained with my dear teacher Barbara Morgan and facilitate Family Constellations workshops in both Ireland and Lithuania.
It is a joy for me to create a space where people can come together, explore what is alive within them, and connect with themselves and others on a deeper level.
